also pls tell me how to load the firmware what are the software and cable i need and where can i get those

i am frm india , here in Nokia care when i cheked they dont have the latest
they have the following version whihc is already there in my mobile

There isn't much difference between 3.0436.0 and 3.0448.0, I think it's only the ability to put shortcuts on the d-pad. Anywho, I don't have the files.
