That is the summation of my day. :)
Any other techs out there tired of hearing people panic when a call is dropped or lost? I wish people would just learn that it comes with the territory of cell phones! It doesn't necessarily imply impending doom or a terrible problem. It's just a fact of the limitations or radio technology.
