You need cable and software to unlock this model, it's only $20 if you want to know where to get it.

I use it myself I got it in the US :)

It's called a Terminator Dongle (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=43312&item=5753649155&rd=1) and it unlocks:

Sony Ericsson models: T2XX (except T228), T3XX, T68, T68i, T68m, T610, T616, T630, P800, P900, Z200, Z600 and more.

Main features:

*FLASH or UPGRADE firmware (select phones only)
DIRECT UNLOCK
READ CODES
LOCK TO NETWORK (2 and 3 digits MNC)
EMPTY BOARD FLASHING
CHANGE IMEI
MAKE FULL GDFS BACKUP
REPAIR 4 LOCKS CLOSED BY OTHER SOFTWARE'S
REPAIR TOTALLY DAMAGED GDFS (4 locks closed)
Other Features:

Full support for unlocking new T610 version R1L and up.
Fix "NO ACCESS” problem on repaired phones.
Repair totally erased (damaged) GDFS
Possibility to write full GDFS files like AVR flash files (no more ERROR 4017)
Possibility to write full AVR flash (include GDFS part area too)

Look . i m fed up with all of this wrong posting thread and moving thread.

i know T 63X t616 , t630 is a SE phone and ya wanna know how to unlock it

but please put it in the right sub forum . go to the connectivity / phone modding sub-forums to post there. dun keep opening the same thread asking how to unlock the same specific model over and over again.
