does anyone know when the 3230 is coming out....i had heard tht it was going to be out by feb 5 but no signs of it......q1 is abt to end isnt it or does it end in march.....

Nokia website says February, so another week. I don't know why anyone would bother with this phone now that the 6681 is going to be out by the end of March...

It is already out here, in Beirut. It costs USD 565.
Very good phone for the announced priced of EUR 350. However, for USD 565, you can buy a 6630. Don't worry, it is only expensive because it just came out. I'm sure the price will come around 450-470 USD.
i think the 6680 is coming out by the end of march....neways 3230 should be out by the next week or the 1st of march since it already come out in some places....any idea if its going to be available in singapore

No disrespect. Trying to laugh about something that is very tragic. You know the saying: if you can't laugh, you cry.
But seriously... it doesn't make sense to launch this phone in Lebanon in isolation from the rest of the world (its been at least a week or more since I first read about it being launched in Leb.... surely it would have made it elsewhere by now. I guess there's always the possibility of some kind of test device being resold, but this is different from a launch). And if it really launched, why haven't we seen any pictures. I'm always reading about 'early launches' and don't believe it until I see someone who has the phone in hand and posts pics.

I honestly think that the 3230 is pointless, now that the 6630 and 6680/81 are out. The latter 3 phones all overshadow it, and I think Nokia sees the mistake in making the 3230 and is thus slowly letting it fade away...

no, the 3230 is made for people that dont care for 3G, flash, symbian 8....blah blah blah....it's also alot cheaper.

they sure are.. though 3230 is a decent smartfone with decent specs for the cost it will probably retail at
aparently my place is getting them first week in april. ithink nokias focus is mainly on the 6xxx series. Hopefully we'll see the release of those then followed by the 3230. Lets wait and see.
