My Nokia 7250i is blocked!

i have a nokia 7250i and today it blocked...
it was asking for unlocking code and i inserted the pin (once), after it gave me an error i tried to restart it... when it was on the single thing that i can see is: Contact Service
i buyed the phone from someone that lives in uk and had this phone from orange. its imei is: 351545008741109 .
i found some codes to unlock it but... i cant get something else then contact service...
what to do?

It probably needs a reflash, probably just corrupted firmware on the device.

well i had to format it.. and put a new version of software.. now it works perfectly ;)
