E398 and V551

Can anyone tell me if either the E398 or V551 would work on Tmobile USA network despite one of them having EDGE technology? Does anyone use either one of these phones on Tmobile? Does it work perfectly with TZones? Any info would be much appreciated :)

I just got an unlocked V551 from Ebay and I'm using it on T-Mobile with no problems at all. Use the T-Mobile Configurator (https://secure.mouse2mobile.com/clients/tmobileUS/ota_support/) to set up T-Zones on your phone.
