View Full Version : Motorola V551 better than V600?

I lost my Motorola V600 a few weeks ago, and Cingular no longer carried them so I had to order a new phone from Motorola. Motorola didn't have any V600's either so they sent me a phone of "equal" value, which turned out to be the Motorola V551. Can anyone tell me if this phone is the same, worse, or better than the V600? Thanks.

its better, supports EDGE. Dunno about the video playback though. O, and the V551 is UGLY!!

The V551 replaced the V600 in their line-up. The V551 isn't as nice looking, but does everything the V600 could, plus has EDGE support.

I kind of like the look of the V551 better IMO.

it has edge and video capture. and its software doesn't suck BALLS like the v600 did.

Yeah the only prob with the V551 is that its so friggin ugly.
