Pana X700 mms/wap settings?

Does anyone know where i can get mms/wap settings for the x700 on Vodafone. I have tried to use the manual settings from panasonics site but i can never get these things working :( I prefer over the air setting but so far my searches on the net have been in vain.

Isn't it just to send Vodafone a sms? And then they send you the settings automaticly.

EDIT :- I just copied the settings from a 7610 and they worked fine!

go to the nokia site and get the 7610 settings they work on mine
