Hi,
I have a bluetooth headset connectivity problem with my Sony-Erickson T-610 phone to HBH-35 headset.
It keeps dropping connectivity after I go through their laborious bluetooth connection procedure.
I have tried, numerous times, to communicate this with T-Mobile Customer Service with little success,
yet the store I bought the phone set from, Car Toys, acknowledges the dropped Bluetooth connection to indeed be a problem.
Can anyone confirm this? if so is T-Mobile and Sony-Erickson working on resolving this issue with a S/W update which might provide improved connectibility?
I like the phone and the bluetooth headset(when it works), but it is very inconvenient when I go to answer a call and discover there is no sound in the headset but in the phone instead.
Additional information as to my configuration:
1) both phone and headset are fully charged
2) phone and headset have always been within close physical proximity of ~2-3 ft.
3) it happens when I'm sitting at home, or in the car driving
4) and at home I'm within `100 meters of a cell tower
Any information about this would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Dan
P.S. Downloading pictures has also been somewhat problematic with my Windows 2000 OS but that is another issue.
