I would hope to get some opinions from people with this setup. Using the HBH-35, the person listening to my voice gets a very nice quality, however, the sound I hear coming to me is not good quality. I would describe it as garbled (?).
I don't understand why the quality would be so good outgoing, but incoming the quality is poor.
What experience are you having with yours?
thanks.

I've experienced the same issues... with both my HBH-35 and HCB-30 car kit.
I've noticed that the people (co-workers) I generally have problems with are using Nokia handsets. I believe they all use ATTWS which is the same network I'm on.
On another note, I've had people complain about echo with the HBH-35. I called my landline to verify and sure enough there is an echo... After experimenting a little more, I noticed that moving the headset away from the T616 helped. I think this may have something to do with the signal strength also... but in general I keep the handset about 2-3' away from the HBH-35.
Hope others can help you further.
