I got an HBH-20 for more than a year now. About 2 months ago, it just stopped working, not charging, so definitely the main suspect is tha battery. I went to the SE repair centre and they told me that indeed the battery is gone and that they replaced it with a new one for free... yup for free!!!

Great! Right? Hell NO! Because after I got it back and used it for 2 weeks, the same thing happened again. My problem now is that my warranty is outdated, and I have opened the darn thing and played around with the battery, which after testing it, I am convinced that they did not changed my battery and that the battery is good (I forgot to mention that I have opened it before I send it to SE, that is why I am sure that they did not changed the battery).

Anyway, is ther anybody out there who has experienced the same thing.

my hbh-20 saga has come to an end...

I'm so disapointed with SE... i have returned the hbh-20 to the shop and the tech there have pronounced it dead as in totally unrepairable...

what?! the battery did not last for a year, and after a year the whole thing is dead!

that's it with SE for me, i am now having 2nd thought on buying the p900, with this kind of product quality and support, i might start selling my t68i and t39m as well, i still got my nokias anyway, and will probably go for the xda2,

as for bt headset, i might go for m3000 or the bluetrek

im so  at SE
