This is the first 2MPix camera on Sony Ericsson's phone...

"Clara" PROTO

Screen: 262k colours, 176*220.
Connectivity: Bluetooth 1.2
Camera: CCD sensor (I think), 2 MegaPixels. Similar to that of S700i, but higher resolution.
Memory: Internal ~ 90MB, possibly 100MB. External - MSD. But we might see a 256MB MSD by the time it's released.
Design: Plastic, similar to T630, with altered back cover, probably idea of 'dual front', half phone, half camera again.

there's another model in the pipelines, which will be a real premium handset with a new UI that SE are working on that's based on the present one with a few changes.

it first came out in unofficial club sony ericsson webbie by emeezee or sumthing. yea . its an interesting concept. but 2mpx so fast ? it cannibalises sales of the s700i . sony will never do that <== shaheen's words ( correct me if i m mistaken )

its a remake of the t610 more then a K series..the design is dead on the same... nice specs.

now that u mention it . it does look like a motorola E150 or sumtihng ... its the very first moto with A CAmera ... cant specifically recall the model name. the design bears a striking resemblance.

k700i was an ugly fone ..... although with nice specs ..... the k900i is all set to continue that legacy .....

i hate loathing SE phones .... i love their fones and i respect the company ...... but the "K" series truly sucks .....

The K700i doesn't look that bad... looks better than the K500i :)

I noticed the problem with most SE designs is that the shape is too "boxy". SE's design team has no sense of style :D But I don't really care coz specs-wise, SE has great specs. Unlike Samsung phones that has great designs (esp. flip phones), the specs are awful.

the K700i is actually a great phone in my opinion, but i opted for the N6230 instead primarily because the K700i has poorer battery life, and it doesnt have MMC.

This K900i thingy is actually quite attractive; much better looking than the frumpy K700i.
It reminds me a bit of the O2 Xphone II.:)

nah ... he wan the nokia teardrop shape wan ... the 7600 <-- first 3G phone by nokia . most unpopular one too . in my country its going for sale at $88 w/ line( GSM )

Actually 'emeezee' got the info from Eldar on M-R.com, and just posted it in UCSE, aswell as some other forums..

Eldar has said that someone would be leaking a video of the handset today, but I haven't heard from him since before Christmas.

There's an SE press release in Las Vegas on the 5th January, but I wouldn't hold your breath.
