Well I always see these people post polls etc asking which phone they should buy and all and I reply to them and now its time my friends you reply to mine. Firstly I have these all phones
7610 (White)
6600 (Pearl)
3100 (Blue)
9210i
3220

I was thinking about selling off the 3100 and 6600 and getting a new phone.

My choices are

6630, S700i, 6260, p900 (Second Hand) or something else that you can reccomend. I can get something around 17000 bucks now otherwise I will have to wait 17000 is how much the 6260 costs so please advice what should I go in for!

my first choice would be s700i because according to me it has a better camera, better mp3 player, and radio.

but the os of the 6630 gets my thumbs up

Id say the 6630. Ive used the S700i and i wouldnt reccomend it.

6630 is nice but you won't like it after a few months.
P900 is old, better to get a brand new P910i but that is expencive, i know.

S700 a very good choice. a very good cam, big clear and scratchfree screen, nice and easy to use and ofcourse an exclusive design :)

Well the UI is slow and i found the keys to be incovinient. Also the phone is quite big when opened so it doesnt allow good design travel.

Thats 17,000 rupees youre talking about, right?

plus! its soooo boooooring with the video limit and memory lmit. the only good selling point is its camera. and 6630 has been said to take better pics in certain conditions.

6630...It has a better camera from all...All reviewers and users agree to that.S700i's camera is better than 6630's only in ideal situations!
6630 mp3 playback is much much better than the playback of s700..Today i heard mp3 from both devices(same track) and 6630's playback is BY FAR superior to s700's playback.

Plus it is a series 60 device...
Only s700's screen is better than 6630...but definetly not better than the 65K screen of my 9500.

Maybe I'm being stupid.. but if you already have a 7610 why would you want a 6630, unless you were gonna get rid of the 7610?

I'd sell the whole lot except the 9210i and get a 6630. Then wait until the 9300 comes out and drops in price a little and replace the 9210i.

yea they are. i think nokia has tweaked the cmos sensor. cause similar camera like the s65 sensor sux like hell

Yeah nokia has done some magic with that sensor. But if you check the 6600, it was a VGA cam, but the pics where really good.

I think it's a nice decision that you'd keep your 7610 since it's still quite good... but given the same choice though, I'd rather sell it and keep the 6600 instead. Why? because the 6600 has an IR port - quite important if you want to connect to other devices that doesn't have bluetooth. (it's also handy when connecting to older phones too). It's always nice 'to have all the bases covered', so to speak.

Anyway, goin back to the original question, I'll vote for the 6630. The s700 has the "looks" - but the 6630 has Symbian and it will prove to be more versatile. The 6630 is faster too (more responsive) and has the same camera resolution. As for picture quality - from what I can surmise from using my friends 6630 and s700 - I think they're mostly the same. Some pics of the 6630 comes out even clearer and brighter.

mmm.... I think it was explained by Michael (several months back) that the phone he had at that time, when he made his review, was one of the earlier units or was one of the prototypes. I remember him telling the forumers at Howards that he didn't make an update because he doesn't have a 6600 anymore.

Well i had a 6600 and i can tell you that the pics where really good for a VGA cam. Its prob one of the best VGA cams out on a phone.

u already had a Series 60 ........ 7610...... why not go for something else? a 7610 with a second phone which is 6630...... (vice versa) u ended up buying nothing......
