Anyone heard of such a card? It would be very disappointing if this isnīt released very soon. SD-card with wlan is out so SonyEricsson, move it! Itīs a must have in p910!

Erm, please get you facts straight, the SD cards that are out that support Wi-Fi are NOT memory cards, they are Wi-Fi cards, to give expandibility for Wi-Fi on devices with SD slots.

I never said that it had to be a memorycard, i can settle for a card with only wifi capability. But what is this if not a combo card??:

Those Sandisk combo cards have been available for a few months, they Ģ79 from expansys uk. Unfortunately they are only compatible with *some* devices and they are quite large, about 1/3 extra on top of a normal SD card so they stick out the top of most devices.

There's no such thing as a Sony Memory Stick with wi-fi built in, I doubt if there ever will be either. SD slots are quite different as they can be used for memory, bluetooth/wi-fi adaptors & loads of other devices, whereas you can only use a Sony Memory stick slot for a memory stick, as far as I know.

All SD WiFi cards had memory storage for user to utilise cos most PDAs had only one slot.

well there is a bluetooth memory card, and all sd-wifi cards stick out of the device. Didn't another thread discuss this matter a while ago, or was that on brighthand?

oh, hasn't the combo cards been out for a while now, like 6 months or something?
