P900 not connecting

:confused: i am having trouble connecting my P900 to my PC. the icon shows up on my toolbar but when i try and download something about 5 seconds later it says thet my phone has disconnected but it hasn't. does anyone know what i'm missing? i also tried downloading the current version of PC Suite for P900 but it doesnt do anything, so i uninstalled it and put the original PC Suite back on my PC and it seems to work but i cannot transfer anything. my connections are set up for USB on PC.

thanks. it is working perfect ...now.(since i found my bluetooth adapter :o ) i have never used the bluetooth option to this extent (jjust my headset) but i love it. hopefully i will figure out the PC Suite and get it configured, one day. thanks again for the response.
