Can't figure it out-figure

I know its posted before but still cant figure it out :p How do you check firmware on Phones? Does it work the sameway 4 all phones? I have a SE T610, can someone please give me my firmware code and how -to for it. Thanx dudes

For phones by SE, all you'll have to do is the following:

> * < < * < *

where < and > are the directions you have to click with your "joystick" and it doesnt matter that while doing these moves with your joystick that you get into other menus
After doing this you'll be in a menu where you can check your firmware
