S700i switching itself off when charged!

Hello,
Has anyone else noticed their SE S700i switching itself off automatically when the phone is fully charged? If I leave mine on charge, once it hits full it goes *bing* switches itself off, then shows up 'charging' before going *bing* and switching off again. Repeatedly :(

Anyone else suffering from this? Is it a software thing or just a glitchy phone? I got my S700i from O2UK.
