B howzit?

Like you i have the K700 - fantastic phone dont you think? If you are uploading from a computer get an Infrared adapter or the Sony Ericsson DCU11 cable. Both do the same. Infrared might kill your phone battery if you are transferring a lot of MP3's, so id recommend the cable. I actually use the Infrared myself. Get a good one capable of high speed transfers. Remember with Infrared its compatible with a whole range of phones not just your K700. So if you change phone you dont need to buy new gear. Theres lots of places selling both bits of kit, try and get a good quality unit, as the other just mean wasting time setting up. Try www.cell-savers.com, I'm not associated with them, its just a recommendation.

or u can buy a bluetooth adapter.....
sending files are much faster than iR
but then again bluetooth needs bt enabled devices which is quite little
iR is more common
