k700i - "Unable to Connect" Error via USB

Hi,

First post so excuse me if I missed this elsewhere.

I setup the SE software and USB connection without much problem and clicking on 'My Phones' shows the k700i.

However, once I click on the 'Phone Memory' folder, or sometimes the sub-folders I get the following Error dialog (see attached):

'Unable to connect - an unexpected error has occurred.' This is usually shown twice, usually resulting in explorer crashing. (WinXP)

Any ideas?

Firmware version is R2AA003

Hi there, you are not the only one, when i first got the phone it worked fine with the bluetooth, then suddenly started with the error you mentioned. i then bought a dss-20 usb connection and reinstalled and it still is doing it!!! frustrating!
Anyway, if u figure it out, please let me know....
