My gf's K700i was a AP unit (grey import). I bought it in Malaysia, it's an AP from O2. That means the upper 2 icons were O2's and any download service inside it's Video, Sound or Pictures or Games had O2 icons in it. I tried updating it with SE's online update but was told locked by my service provider (which is O2 and not my actual SP - Maxis) I was told to perform update with my SP, which in turn definiotely i couldn't as i'm not a customer of O2 and the only thing O2 had to do with Malaysia is that O2 XDA and Xphone is selling here. What can i do? Any way to reflash it? Cos i desperately need to fix the inability of using 'Clock' as a screen saver. However my bro's K700i (also an AP unit but from SE, not with all the crappy O2 icons) had the option of setting the 'Time/Clock' as the screen saver. Any one can offer help here?? :confused:
