Why doesn't the red blinking red light of my k700i stop working?

The red light situated at the power button used to be flashing and serve as the indicator light for reception. But dunno why that light doesn't work anymore.

Thats strange. I don't really take notice or care about that blinking light, I only do notice it when theres low battery.

I thought (from previous SE phones) that it flashes red when there is no signal or low battery (and you can turn off the signal based flashes)? The T68i did this, as did older generation Ericssons. [EDIT] And I think it flashes green when there is signal.

in my experience it flashes green when it's working, but i'm not really out of signal that often, only when i'm in my dad's underground garage, and it flashes green then too. i have a t68i by the way

weird weird.......when my phone is low power, the red light doesn't blink.....it disappears again!

and my green light is so dim! Can't even see it in dim light.
