if i hold down button on headset the voice activation does not work anyone
have this problem

I think that's because otherwise the button will cycle the channels you've saved in the radio, the same as with the MP3 player when it jumps forward a track if you press it. It's just the way it was designed, it won't be to everyone's tastes.
