Symbian os(preferably)
Good Resolution colour screen
MMC support
Mp3 Player
radio(optional)
The most important thing is it should be under 15000 rupees indian money($330 approx) any brand is ok !!

Wait for the Nokia 3230. I hear it will be priced the similar too if not much less than the 6260. I can't guarantee this though. Save your money in the meantime.

if you can live without the camera, then get n-gage original it is around $150 b. new

I find it hard to believe that the 3230 will be cheaper than the 7610, even though it has more features.

It is inevitable for it to be expensive ...

That was according to a local daily here . The 3230 doesn't have a datacable (which is expensive by itself) and has only a 32 rs-mmc. It's actually the 7710 which is expected to either have the similar price to or more expensive than the 7610 or the 6630. Because the 3230 is projected to be competetively priced, many are interested in purchasing this feature packed phone when it comes out.

It was a business estimate made for Nokia, a projection if you will based on the current sales of Nokia phones (whose prices are actually getting lower here from where I'm from). As these are all just speculations, only time will tell if they come into fruition.

go for a SE t630 or k700i....its priced aboutt that much and got all the features u looking for. even the 6230 is priced t about 1600.

You can get the 6600 in that price bracket if you can deal with the shoddy audio quality, otherwise stretching your budget to a 7610 is your only real other option. Of course, you could get a dirt cheap 36xx-class phone (i.e. 3650, 3620 or 3660) and then buy a seperate MP3 player! Or an N-Gage and a camera and MP3 player (or a combined camera with MP3, like the Casio Exilim EX-M20 or M2).

Dont buy SE...it sucks !!!!
I think 6600 is a good phone......go ahead with it....Ull also get a good resale value for this phone....and it is surely a decent phone......

guys i've never heard about 3230 and 3620 as well..(which one is it???)... anyway...i think 6230 is a perfect phone for u..i use it also :)... and it's cheaper than 7610. It's also has radio... despite it's unfashionable style i think 6230's features is complete enough.. at least it can answer ur requirements....

Get Nokia N-Gage ! It has STEREO MP3 and Radio, Symbian Series 60 Interface, MMC, and ... one of the best Series 60 phone EVER. You can get "low-end" cheap camera at 2mpx and you will be OK.
$150 brand-new ? :) I wish it was same here I got one for $150 used a month ago I was not able to find NEW ! :(

Under this price range, u can get: (In my country of course)

1. 6600 only, that fits all ur requirements (doing good in it is another question)
2. If looks doesn't matter, 3660 is another option although i do think both 6600 and 3660 doesn't look good. :)
