This model allows you to plug any pair of headphones you own into the Jacked Link (for Nokia mobile phones with the new style pop port connector).

You'll never have to switch, miss or stress over a call again. Simply utilize the sleek LINK console to answer your cell phone, reduce your music volume, complete calls with the built-in mic and all while never missing a beat.

Hands-Free Listening

The LINK system allows you to listen to your music and use your mobile hands-free through your headphones, without ever touching either device. When a call is received, you can either eliminate the music entirely, or simply reduce the music volume with the inline music control on the LINK console - listen to both the music and the call at the same time!

Placing Calls

Depending on your mobile model, you can also place calls using the LINK console while continuing to listen to your music. The LINK system is fully supportive with the voice-dialing features of most cellpone models, allowing you to place calls through the headphones with the simple touch of the LINK console button.

Oh, The Possibilities!

Use the LINK system to keep both hands free for cycling, snowboarding skiing, commuting, working out at the gym, or simply vegitating in front of the computer - all while never missing a single hard-driving beat or important phone call.

Quality Sound, Compatible System

The LINK system headphones offer incredible high fidelity sound, specifically designed for both digital and traditional music sources. The standard audio jack makes the product perfect for MP3 players, CD players, Cassette decks, MiniDisc players, AM/FM radios, etc.

COMPATIBLE NOKIA PHONES: 3100, 3200, 3220, 3300, 5140, 6020, 6170, 6220, 6230, 6260, 6610, 6610i, 6620, 6630, 6650, 6670, 6800, 6810, 6820, 7200, 7210, 7250, 7250i, 7600, 7610, 7700, 9300, 9500

seen this before. i was thinkin of buyin it but i dont see the point now. Why should I have to get something not intended by the manufacturer to be used on my phone. I should not have to go to some other maker just to use basic features like being able to stick headphones onto a phone. How sad, NOKIA...

And its 2.5 mm...so if i wanted to use my headphones, id have to stick a 3.5mm converter! lol! Ive been searchin for nokia headsets like the ones available for 7210 to work but i gave up about 1 week ago. even more so since im never using my phone for a music device cos my iriver will take over when it arrives in the post..

So I presume the sound is still mono?

Will the volume be louder?

Are you assuming, or certain? the thing is - Nokia dual headsets are mono, in a *single ear* when used with the 7610...
