HBH-65 car holder? Box says it comes with one

Now I may be just blind and or stupid :) but the side of my newly arrived HBH-65 says it comes with "bluetooth headset, carrying case, car holder. charger, users guide"

I have all except the car holder. Whats this look like and why didn't I get one???

I have never seen anything like that. Not that I can recall, at least.

Yes it had me a little confused too as I wasn't expecting any car holder and I've never seen on mentioned in any reviews. Heres a pic.
