Nokia 7600 Bluetooth

Can anyone help me please...

I have recently purchaced a Nokia 7600 on the 3G network and I have remote unlocked my phone thanks to this site...but I have only one problem; Why can't I scan any bluetooth devices. I tried finding many different phones with bluetooth but it fails to detect all of them. I can find my phone using other bluetooth based phones and send files to it. I would be grateful if anyone can help me.

Are you sure ... that the Bluetooth devices' visibility is "Shown to all" and not "Hidden"?

Yes it's not hidden...I have tried many ways because I have other mobiles with bluetooth and they all can recognize each other but I can't find other mobiles using my Nokia 7600 :(
