For wma to mp3, try dbpoweramp. I think it's either freeware or you can download a trial version for free. Try Download.com and see if you can find it.

I honestly haven't tried it, but in theory it might work. Good luck.

dbpoweramp is a freeware, and it's a really good one. it works quite well. i have done alot of conversions with it, mainly mp3 to mp3 or ogg to mp3, but i have tried mp3 to aac and wav to mp3 and it worked very well

Here is the link to the Nokia Multimedia Converter http://www.forum.nokia.com/main/0,6566,034-63,00.html . it coverts most video formats to 3GP for mobiles. There is a tutorial here http://www.mobymemory.com/HOWTO.html

You could also try Mpegable, it has more advanced sttings and thus offers better output quality of the videos according to your needs.

dbpoweramp is a very good easy to use program and i reccomend you get the Powerpack, which add more flexibility and automation.

A WARNING!! all of the above converters, execpting Mpegable, require your computer to be working at an optimum, to prevent from annoying errors in encoding. Such errors like "skips" in audio files after conversion, video files not completing conversion and even worse, the programs not working at all.

So make sure you have all the right codecs, both Audio and Video. Make sure you are not running any resource intensive programs in the background.....and.....Make you have most important data backed up, cos' anything can happen!!

Otherwise, if you have a high spec, super-computer, then you have nothing to worry about.
