Panasonic Z800

Panasonic have announced their first (I guess) 3G phone, the Z800 clamshell which actually isn't bad at all... yeah, I know I think most Panasonic handsets are naff.

It's not as great as the Sharp 802 or 902, but it's got a 1.3 megapixel main camera and is fairly small for a 3G phone. No idea when it might actually come out though.

Hope they do it the as good as the GD80..... the X70 is a dissapointing piece of ****. and the X700 almost reached fantasy realms if it still won't show it's face to the light...................

Panasonic are doing what Sony Ericsson did with the Z1010, announcing a phone way before it's ready to let everyone know that they are in the (Western world) 3G race.

It could be a while yet before this gets released, especially if you take the X700's track record (or lack thereof) into account.
