Hey guys, i'm looking to buy an n-gage or a qd but i can't quite decide which one to get. I'm looking at getting one for my second phone as i have a 6600 and am upgrading that soon and selling it off so i'll get some money. I basically want one just to play games on and thats it basically.
Which phone do you think i should get? And where is the cheapest i can buy one in the UK on the net?
Cheers

If playing games is your primary interest, definitely and absolutely QD. Hot swap MMC, smaller size, better controls, brighter screen, Arena installed, quick launch games.

The original has stereo MP3 playback though.

Definitely the Old N-gage. The QD is a wast of money cause half of the multimedia experience (radio, mp3) is missing.

But, since he wants an N-Gage "just to play games on" the lack of radio/stereo mp3 might not be an issue. As for the N-Gage as a gaming device, i think it is more or less consensus that the QD is a better buy than the original (hot-swap MMCs, better controls). There are a lot of threads on this topic on the Arena boards. Maybe you (Spuddyboy) should consult the Arena, because there's active gamers on these boards.

Yeah well once he realises the usefullness of the radio and mp3player, he'll certainly change his mind.
