I found this exclusif green T100 in a store, I never saw it before, it isn't even availible at the website.
Pics here (http://users.skynet.be/jumper/Green.htm)
Never seen it. Was it a provider store? Perhaps it was branded by some provider or another.. Chartreuse green :) It could double as a fishing lure!

In which Fnac store did you see this green T100? The one in Brussels?

For myself, nope, wouldn't get one (too basic as you say), but someone that is not phone-savvy surely can appreciate its simplicity (not negative in this context).

It is not branded.
I've seen it in Fnac Ghent.
The T100 is the lowend phone from SE and it's made for people who don't want to spend alot of money for a mobile. SE did a great job with that phone.
@ Jonzap: You Nokia nerd, I don't think you know much abouy mobiles when i see your phones, 2100,3315,8210 those phones aren't better that a T100.

Yes sorry Sid, I know. But what is a Nokia guy posting crap about SE in the SE thread, we don't go there.

Don't know about overseas, but locally (Aus) SE represent great value for money, when comparing to the Nokias :P
You could get a 2100 for the same price as the T100... where the T100 is smaller, has the blue screen (bling effect), GPRS and... well, stuff.
Features wise, it's streets ahead. Methinks Nokia charges a premium in Australia tho :P
i don't think the T100 has got GPRS
but we can all see that that nokia nurd, has bought some of nokia's worst phones, but thats easy cause there all very bad ones ;)

I agree with Jumper. Nokia guys shouldn't join us in here. They are too basic for us. They might get confused when we use words like voice Bluetooth, 65K screens anything above 4 cord polyphonic ringtones and touch screen phones. :D

The T100 only has standard WAP. Not a big deal in such a cheap phone anyway - but it is very small. :)
You would expect that - they hold a 70% market share in Australia!
heres what a nokia 2110 user would say:
what wap? what is wap
:p :p :p
some of there designs is good but that it, the rest is not standard but basic and nokia standard, wich only works on nokia and some samsungs. is it that hard to have some global standards?? EMS is the only one i think
they hold about 75-80% in belgium
Anyway guys, lets not turn this thread into a Nokia vs SE fight.
Jumper, do you have any more information about it? What store did you see this phone in? They might have changed it themselves.
One interesting thing about the T100 is that it is the biggest selling phone ever in HK. When I heard that I was pretty surprised.

Hey Sid, I saw this phone @ Fnac Ghent in Belgium. I argued with Bart about it, he said it wasn't possible untill I went back there and took the pictures.
I don't think they did it self because a mate off me who works in a phone shop told it is possible to order them special. Don't know if this is the truth but we will try to buy one.

I bought one for my sister today (115 Euro @ Phone House in Waterloo). She basically needs a plain phone, just for the occasional call. Haven't bothered to try it yet, will post on here what I like and don't like abt it.

Nope, they only had blue ones in that shop...
i got a blue one but i think my phone isn''t working good, its slow and the buttons are a bit to hard to press. but they say it will be better whit the T105

Well, considering that you guys have realy small number of phones,I have won.And that T100,there is a yellow version, too. That is becouse they are not made directly by SonyEricsson. They are made by Corean manifecture which works with SonyEricsson.NOKIA RULES
Steven

Mmmm, what exactly have you won?
And if Nokia rules, why do you have a T610 and read SE threads? ;)
I'm all in favour of open communication and opinionated discussions, but I don't get what you're trying to achieve by "winning in a SE thread"...
I think he means he has won in terms of having mores phones...
If that makes him a winner.. then power to him ;)

Ah, so that's the famous competition I've read about all over the web ;)
To be honest, I think they need to establish some rules to provide physical evidence that you actually own those phones :-p

You can be proud on the fact you have the most phones, they are all crap accept the SE ones, get out of our thread.
what he thinks he has got more and better phones? my collection of ericsson and SE is already better then him, and i've got some nokias, motorola's and siemens. i'm not saying i'm the best. i'm just one of the best, when it comes to phone collections. on esato there or 2-3 members who have a very big cool ericsson/ SE collection that i'm jalous of. btw by this time next week i'll have a green T100 and a T39 for my collection :)

The thing is that I can have any SonyEricsson I want(thank you mom),and I think that it is stupid to write about someone elses phones.

A Nokia user and a mommy’s boy. Geez what more can we say...:D
just let him stay and go easy on him. its not easy when 99% of this forum is against him. he'll learn for him self that nokia isn't that good, and that SE has got the best phones at this moment :)
