Nokia 7600 memory connection problem

Has anyone had any problems connecting the phone to the pc using the DKU-2 cable? Every time i connect the phone up and try to access the phone memory it says "The operation could not be completed" I'm using the latest PC suite and drivers from nokia i can see the contact but cant access the phone memory for the pictures!

My friends phone works fine for my pc so i called 3 techinical support and they're sending a courier to pick up my phone to try and fix it

May i have pc specs of pc that does work with it and visa versa?

In my case I know for a fact it is the phone because I've tried it on 3 different pcs and none of them worked yet my friends phone worked fine
