Ok, the V600 should ship to me by the end of this week, and be in my hands Monday or Tuesday.
Mot has the phone already but is waiting on an AT&T SIM for it since it is an AT&T configured device (it will be available in the US on AT&T first).
Will be available in Q4, as they have previously stated, though she didn't seem to want to specifically say "before Christmas". Considering that Christmas is the 25th, perhaps it is going to be tight and they are really gonna need those 5 days to make it into Q4?
Who knows. The important thing is it is finally coming.

Oooh that's great to hear. I'm looking forward to reading the review on this one, as this is one of the phones I've been considering upgrading to (if I don't move to Three anyway).
One thing I'd really like to know is if they've finally added T9 functionality... the iTAP drove me crazy when I used it on a friend's Moto T720.
Oh and still looking for that Japanese capable GSM, hehehe =P

As long as it makes data entry quick and painless I'm more than happy to embrace it, hehe =)

In what way?
I heard a rumor a while ago that the new V series phones used a combination of T9 and iTap. Not sure of the merits of that though.
