hey how come there isnt a review of the Panasonic X70 yet ?? Michael did the guy from Pana speak to you yet ? Thanks

As a matter of fact, he did not.

But as luck would have it, Nikos now has the X70 in his posession - so we should hopefully have a review soon.

I'd be interested to see why I should buy an X70 instead of the GD87/88, as there's barely any differences between them at all, except for the smaller handset. There were just a few little knick knacks added here and there, right?

Well, for a lot of us the Bluetooth is important.

And the size certainly doesn't hurt.

Ah of course, Bluetooth. That is important to some people. =)

Sorry I never quite paid attention to it as I've never needed to use it. I don't have a wireless handsfree and I usually use IrDA for data transfer...

Would it be fair to compare the Motorola V600 to the Panasonic X70? Those are two phones that I am looking at to purchase.:confused:

I have never used one and know little about it. I wouldn't place it anywhere.

Michael posted earlier that he could not complete the review because his first unit was faulty. Also, he had internet/email problems in Germany so he couldn't get the review done while there, as was originally planned.
It should be up soon.
