I have a really annoying problem with my 6600. The speaker makes a "clicking sound" after each sound file is played, and that means between every ring sound if the sound is turned on when someone calls. Extremely annoying.
I also noticed that the startup jingle tune (the animation with the hands) never really finishes properly, and is always interrupted by the very same click or pop sound.
Even when the phone is only on vibration mode with no ringing, the speaker makes these sounds after every "vibration cycle". Sounds like the speaker is being reset, turned off or on or something. This has to be a bug? I mean, playing samples on the speaker should not be a hard task for a modern device of this calibre?
Anyway, have anyone else experienced this problem? I've got firmware version 4.x, and I don't know if the new 5.x is available here (Norway) yet. Will this new version fix this? I have read that the opening jingle bug is fixed, so could this be it?
