Eh, that could be hard, and if you did get one for that price it would be kinda rubbish....beware of the people that just sell links!!! (And I found out, for free of course, that quite a few of the links for sale are www.mobiles4all.com, and my advice would be to not bother with it!)

Please don't be conned by the "get a phone for £20" nonsense, it's completely impossible both on paper and in practice. You can't get a camera phone for £35. Not that I know of anyway, certainly not anything worth buying. (Though I guess a second hand T610 wouldn't be more than £60 to £70). Even if you spend £100 on a camera phone, it won't be anywhere near even VGA, and IMO, there's hardly any point.
you can get an NEC 313 for £30 on ebay or if you buy it brand new for £45 with £15 credit. it's an ok phone, the camera is good quality, but it doesnt have bluetooth/IR and the data cable and drivers are hard to come across. plus you can only use it on 3 which isn't a very pleasant experience belive me...
if you dont mind being on 3 the link are doing the motorola a835 for £45 incl £15 top up, it can be unlocked for other networks and you can sell the sim on ebay with the credit for £25-£30 as the sims arent available to buy without a phone. the a835 is a really good phone albeit quite big. it has bluetooth and ir as well as coming with a usb cable/software, 64mb built in memory, a-gps and an mp3 player. the built in speaker is the best i've ever heard on a phone, even midi ringtones sound like real songs...

With regards to the NEC e313, I think you can store things on the MS Duo slot and then use a card reader to download from that again maybe?
But camera phone for £35... don't count on it, you'd struggle to find a colour one with no camera for that much money. Even faulty 7250s fetch more than that on eBay.

Dont bother looking for a phone that cheap. If you want a good phone with average camera start looking at 6230, k700i or if you really cant save up the cash then maybe a T610.
Alternatively you could get a phone on contract

Now that I come to think of it, you can pick up the 3650 and 7650 pretty cheap nowadays.
if you want a cheap camera phone i really think you should get the moto a835... its a bit big but apart from that it has 10 times the features any other new phone under £150 would cost... it has 2 cameras, one on front and back, forgot to mention that.... being on 3 isnt a good choice but as i said you can get it unlocked

This phone really is a travesty, it's big and unwieldy and sure it has lots of features, but then so does the N-Gage and for less money (except camera of course), I'm also not sure if it doesn't enforce the use of a USIM with it (like the NECs do apparently). People who have it have reported unreliability (random cut-outs), the phone getting painfully hot on use and I have seen this first hand.
This is just my opinion, but I think you can get a very adequate camera phone for less than £100 and a lot smaller - i.e. 3200 or 6610i, not to mention all the Sagems (MY-X6 can probably get very cheap on eBay).
the call dropping is more of a network issue as opposed to the handset itself. 3 are notorious for their call drop rates and general poor network quality. i have not once yet had a call without either myself or the person on the other end noticing either strange ghost-like whoosing noises or scrambling sounds. i used a 6650 for a couple of weeks and i had the same problem and i've had nearly every phone released on 3 at some point and it's always been the same so must be the network.
seeing as the network is 3G, in theory given the network capabilities i would expect the calls to be cystal clear, like talking to someone over broadband on your pc, but unfortunatly this isn't the case. my a925 on 3 is my main phone which i use for outgoing calls but i have to use my 7610 for incoming calls, especially work ones as otherwise people just hang up on me...

When I said 'cut-outs' I meant the power on the phone goes down and it just switches off. The battery is properly in and contacts are clean on it - this particular problem is phone related, though I don't rate the 3 network very well either, I suspect it is part of the problem.
Anyway, if you're going to recommend the A835, I would find the 7600 a *far* better buy - it has all the features, plus a proper MP3 player and a better UI (Motorola's Synergy UI isn't all that bad but it's very complex).
I was only recomending it based on it's price and the fact that it can be unlocked; not for the network. The 7600 has gone up in price a lot since it was released on threepay (was £150 at launch and is now £250-£350 depending on where you get it from), my guess is due to it's popularity and maybe 3 hit their new customer target on that handset so upped the price. It's usually about £100 on ebay though but "the hot boylin" says he cant spend more than £35 on a phone but I really doubt he would find a Nokia phone with a camera at that price; even the 3200 fetches about £50-£70 on ebay

Well, I agree with you, and forgot it had to be Nokia (which rules out the A835 anyway).
If you want my honest opinion: £35 for a Nokia camera phone? No chance. It's would be like wanting to buy a 1-year old Mercedes for £3,000 and expecting someone to find it. If they did, they'd buy it for themselves and sell it on, or it would be riddled with problems and that's not what anyone wants. I recommend you increase your budget to at least £70, which is still reasonable and would increase your options massively...

Well, we all know I think the N-Gage is a masterpiece from Nokia, especially at the price it sells for, but his/her criteria was for it to be a camera phone which is the one thing the N-Gage lacks.

Yeah but i personally think that its worth sacrificing a cam for all the features you get with the n-gage.

Lol, yeah, you make a very good point, but it's the case with all phones. As it happens I only use my N-Gage for games and texting now, my 6230 handles the multimedia so I wouldn't mind a QD but not at it's current price.
I would sacrifice the camera on the N-Gage for all it's features but his criteria was still to have a camera, so I guess it's got to have one (granted, that he wanted it for £35 which was a dream in itself).

Shaheen: Im actually planning on doing that, keeping my 6600 for business and all that, and then getting an ngage for radio, mp3 and games.
