E700 And Pc Connectivity : Possible ?

Hey everyone ! i have quite a lot of pictures that i would
like to upload from my phone to my PC! is there any way
i can possibly do that ? there is no information what so ever
on the samsung website so i am very much perplexed ?
I dont mind paying for some software or something as long
as i can do it
