T637 and Motorola HS810

I recently got a Motorola HS810 to use with my SE T637. When I add the HS810 to my SE, it sometimes connects properly (the bluetooth symbol when the phone is idle and headset symbol shows up when w/incoming & outgoing calls) and sometimes is shows the headset symbol and would not connect properly (I can only call the last number I called) I end up having to delete the HS810 and then adding it back. Any advice ??
