Help !!

hello everybody , i need help,

i have a nokia 3650 which is in agreat condition as i bought it brand new, few days ago i was attempting to write a contact's name but spontaneously the phone refused to write the name , it didn't write letters it wrote only numbers only numbers , even the mark of ( Abc, abc ABC , 123 ,....) didn't appear, i pressed the switch button but no response , so i went to the tools -> settings -> phone -> general as to see the language function but here when i press ok in the general settins , it gives me an error message saying : app.closed gs ! and sent me back to the settings icon ( two steps back )

i don't know what to do , i restarted the phone many times , charged the battery , turn it off for some hours , took off the battery and reinstall it again ,,, all of this but no change ,

i can't write anything on the phone now but numbers, no contacts , no sms , no e-mails , no no no no no...........

plz help me and tell me what to do .

hint: i have selq so i can go anywhere in the mobile ,

sorry man but isn't there any other way than formatting ?
and if it is , i don't know how to format , does it need external interfer from other device , i have an infrared port , and does it need a source of software ?
will this affect the performance of the mobile by any form?

hi ,
to all who had this problem b4 ,
everyone make his own list of ALL programs he have installed on his mobile b4 this problem occured , even the ones he had uninstalled , then we will make a matching to exclude innocent programs that isn't common , then we can know the infecting software or infecting software's company.
it's easy but we ( suffering from this problem ) must participate to make an end for this annoying matter.

answering mashine
call manager
cocktail
handy safe
mini gps
my shopping
palatte extender
SCREEN SAVER ( I THINK IT IS THE ONE)
smart launcher ( it really consumes the battery)
wild skinz
black list

that's what i can remember now ( it is not a program) :D


Installed and still there:

Photographer
full screen caller
seleQ
handy reminder
handy dates
handy shopping

i have this problem and still didn't solve it and i don't know how to solve it :mad:
