does anyone know how to restore factory settings on a nokia 3510i without the need for a security code (it used to be my brothers phone and he changed the security code and wont tell me as its the same code he uses for everything)
thanks

Erm then why dont you ask him to put in the code without you looking?
There is a way, you enter *#a number # and it resets it back to factory defaults but im not too sure what the code is, sorry :( .

Try 12345. If that doesnt work you'll have to take the phone to a Nokia service center.

Isn't that the default security code? sue asked about the pin-code. I don't think one can do much about that, unless searching for the paper where it's written down.

Yeah it is the default but its always worth a try. The best thing to do is go to a service centre.
