Transferring Contacts??

Hi I have a nokia 7600 and i need to know how i can transferre all of my contacts on to my phone memory in one go. I need to do this as I am changing my network and am getting a replacement sim card.

Please help if you can.

go to contacts, and options , and copy contacts to sim/add contacts from sim
