oh man its almost time. some retailers are getting it soon ie like end of sept. price is even rumored to be $669 USD. a bit pricey but crap thats awesome that its coming out

669$ thats way to much, hope its much less.

from what i've read, belgium (yes very strange) will have the first shipment (even before sweden). mid september.
this is the 2nd time this happens. we also gotten the T310 one month sooner then anyone else. stange, but hey maby its because we are a nokia country

im surprised hong kong isnt getting it fisrt. im in paris on vacation currently, so hopefully i'll pick it up from here when it comes out here.

will the euro version be different from the asian version?

i hope the firmware is stable. i really dont want to have the phone for 3 months and have to do 3 firmware upgrades...

euro version won't have asian texting, thats all.

i don't thing the phone will be buggy. they already fixed the K700 software and its running on that same software. also the withe pages have been upgrade so its means that they are shipping them with a firmware update :)

yah i figured the firmware would be stable since they updated the K700's since its running on the same software.

i just hope the selection on the main menu is not as slow as the one on the K700

I can't wait to see the review that Michael or Sid will make.
They could buy a cheap 1.3 megapixel camera and compare it to the S700's camera.

They most likely will. The one's sold in Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia and a few other places would have the Chinese strokes on the numbers.

it uses the same OS as the k700 so it wont be that buggy as when the k700 first came out.
