With the MMV-100 soon to be released, does anybody know if the rumours of the maximum resolution of pictures which can be sent to the device are actually 640 x 480? as this seems quite limited with the arrival of megapixel phones such as the s700, where a large screen to display photos would be beneficial.

Well it could be used with any sonyericsson phone with bluetooth so you can use it with S700.

The information I found on their website states that it's able to show pictures in JPEG-format with the resolution of 800 x 600 or 600 x 800.

I don't think you can get better resolution on most TV. This however does not meen you can't use MMV-100 with an S700.
