Hey all,

You'll have to excuse this question if it sounds dumb or has been answered elsewhere (I did a search but couldn't find anything) because I'm new to the high end mobile phone market.

What I want is a PDA SmartPhone that has a GPS reciever built in. Not like some GPS that you can use in emergencies to track your location, but a normal, color GPS system that you can play with when you're walking/driving around. Of course, I'd also like it to have enough memory to store a fair amount of maps or be able to download them from the internet when you go to a new place.

Of course, it should have the regular PDA features and also have a camera. Oh, BTW, I live in the US.

Am I asking too much?

That phone won't work in the US.

That phone looks good, but of course, a color screen would be good. I was just wondering, though, because it seems like putting a phone and GPS together would be a natural comination, like a pencil and eraser. The technology is definitely out there, right? Or is there just not enough of a market for it?

I know Garmin makes the IQue which is about what I would want, although there is no phone attached. BUt the phone circuitry is small and doesn't require tremendous amounts of power.

Don't know if it is any good but the 9210i has a GPS attachment available. Not entirely sure how good it is or what features it has but have a look here

Hope this helps.
