HELP S55 dead, firmware update failed?

I tried to update my firmware today (SVN16) , and when it got to 21% it just stopped. I left the phone for half an hour, still the same so I stopped it. I can't turn the phone on anymore

I tried to update it again, and it seems to be able to attempt the update if I manually set the port again, but every single time (4 times now) it will stop at 20%, or 21%, or once even at 1%...

What to do? :(

Contact Siemens. My guess is you will have to send the phone back.

Last time I updated my S55 I ended up with many more bugs than I had with the original firmware, so I stopped updating.

Hmm... Well highest I've gotten so far (of about 50 odd tries) is 35%... Guess I'll send the phone back on Monday...

I must have really bad luck with Siemens phone, I went through 6 S35's in the 6 months I had mine (the SIM card reader would just die on me - first one died 2 hours after I got it). Was hoping they'd fixed their issues... But then again this one isn't REALLY related...
