I am having problem connecting my P800 to PC, the following is what has happened:
1) I keep on getting this error:
mRouterRunTime..exe has generated error and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created. The Link Properties is blank.
This is when I didn't turn on Mcafee fire wall.
2) Then I turn on the firewall, and I get the following:
MROUTE~2.exe has generated error and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created.
but after I allowed the mRouterRun Time to access my computer anyway it want in side the Firewall program, this message disappear.
3) I thought everything would be ok from here on, then I get the following error:
FATAL Exception (thread 00001892)
ACCESS VIOLATION:
The Link Properties is goes blank again. Plus I get the following after this message:
This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate the busy program and correct the problem.
ANd from here on, I basically can't connect my phone to PC.
4) The next day I tried again, instead of (thread 00001892), I got
(thread 00001884).
PLEASE help, 'cause I can't install any program on to my computer! nor backing up!
