in the panasonic official website of the UK they added the Software Suppost for the X70. it was added recently , that means it should be shipped soon ... right ?? ... :confused:

I'm still waiting to hear back from our Panasonic rep. I talked to Pana's UK PR office on Monday, but the guy I wanted to talk to was out.

Has the panasonic X70 been released anywhere in UK or in the world for that matter? If it has then when was the launch date? I bought a set from ebay sometime in sept using credit and the seller claimed to have delivered the piece. I have yet to receive anything. Could someone please tell me if it was available back in september?

Why oh why do people think that buying phones that have not been released from ebay is a good idea?

Go and do a search for a P900 and you will see a lot of entries. I can guarentee that at least 95-99% are fraudulent.

I expected just as much. Michael...could u keep us posted after u have contacted the panasonic guy? Perhaps he could give us an inkling as to when the phone will be/was launched. I had heard from sources that it will be available by 3rd quarter. Does anyone know the causes for its delay?

I saw it advertised in the window at the Carphone warehouse,
I am sooo tempted. But despite the fact that I slagged off Motorola and the fact that I don't know anyone who has ever liked a Motorola phone, I want an MPx200! It comes out on the 11th of Nov.

Have you heard about bluejacking? if anyone around you has a bluetooth phone you create a new address entry and type a msg instead of the name then send - any devices in range will receive it as an anonymous card... :-)
