Neonode thread...Anyone know when it will be

released and will it work in the US? I am assuming it will not? Who here plans on getting on. US and foreign. I just love the touchscreen idea and the memory expandability. I am prolly going to sell my ipod if i buy the neonode phone.

The whole Neonode story is ridiculous, they keep postponing the release date, issuing new release dates as the previous ones pass by.
I agree, the concept was quite revolutionary, but by the time it will reach the market (in Q3 2017 in my opinion), it will be soooo outdated, and way too expensive for what you would get.
It has some major shortcomings too, e.g. no vibrating alert, no bluetooth, ... so for 520 Euros (the price they say it will cost), you're able to get much more phone somewhere else.
