V600 with Palm T3

Can somebody help me in setting up my V600 with my Palm T3. I used the driver (TP280i) that is included in the T3. It does communicate with the phone, but I cannot send SMS' or the internet as it advises me each time that I don't have the correct driver.

Is the T|T3 recognizing the V600 as a phone?

The format of the Prefs in the T|T is a lil' different then on the one on the T|T3, but you'll be able to get through it :).
