NEedHelp on my NGAGE!!!SeriouslY!!!

I cant format my Ngage..it always display "memory corrupted" and when i want to format it... it always display "memory card;system error" this problem happened after i uninstalled the softwares..cause i want to format the card...but after i uninstalled and try to format it..it can't be formatted...I wander why...one more thing.. with the MMC(which has this problem) inside the Ngage.. I cant change my ringtone in profiles..:it always display "profiles:system error" ..unless i take out the mmc..then it become ok again.. Can someone help me to figure out this problem...oh yeah my pc doesnt detect the mmc when pluc in the USB cable...

i think it's most likely that the mmc card has a fault...maybe you should just a buy a new one and see what happens...

if u bought the phone with the card and it's under warranty why don't u take it back to the service centre and ask them to format it for you?

Take the MMC to your friend or someone who has a MMC reader and get it formatted. SIMPLE :D

I heard N-gae doesnt come with a warranty! Here in India it does not come with a warranty! i just asked the nokia dealer today!

The warrenty does not cover installation of 3rd Party software.

they are not giving any warranty for n-gage in Nokia showroom, Mangalore! anyways manav how is the n-gage? it cost 11000 out here.. is it worth a buy?? i love playing games on my phone!!

well I bought the MMC(apacer 256 mb) separately, it has 1 year warranty..I planning to go to the store and has them check it for me...I hope nothing wrong with my Ngage system...0_o

It's worth getting the N-gage if all you gana do with it is listen to music and play games. In my opinion it sucks as a phone itself.

Im not sure how much the us$ equivalence is to your currency but here in South Africa i can get it on the cheapest contract for free ($25 p/m) + they'll give me a free Nokia 1100 with sim.

Do you have an application that deals with profiles on the MMC? Like Smart Profiles et cetera?

I installed smart launcher, PExtender,Skin editor and FeExplorer into my phone memory...other than that i only installed Ngage, blizzard installer and powerlocks program to my MMC card(I unistalled the program which inside the MMc before i want to frmat it)...nothin more.. i dun think these program will distrub the profiles system(profiles will become ok again if I take out the MMC card)... I use the other MMc card and had no problem... ang I use MMc reader to open my MMC(which cause this prob) and it cannot be opened....

on the contrary, as a phone n-gage has a very good rf and sound quality, the shape and the size may be big turn off, specially the side-talking, IMO, it is a very good phone 1st, 2nd as a game device...

Wah, one of my favourite apps on my 7650. But why install smart launcher when you can already have themes? I guess so you can change the wallpaper of the menu easily right? Anyway best of luck to you...

I'm GOnna change the MMC cauze it has warranty...I ber the MMC must be has fault
