Hi
I am new to this forum and thinking about getting a new phone. I really like the style plus functionality of the SE600, but I also want to be able to send mpeg video clips from my pc to the phone and play them back (I am guessing this is what 'video playback means on the phone manufacturers specifications). Could somebody tell me, which phones on th market can allow me to do this? I know (well I think i do) that the SE z1010 allows me to do this, as does the moto MPx200 & V600, but what others? Does the Samsung V200 have this function?
TIA
:)

Thanks.
One question though. If I have a music video in mpeg4 saved on my computer, will I be able to transfer it onto the phone, and then play it? and what about sound? abviously there must be a built in speaker? Or have I got this all wrong, and that video playback is only playback of video clips taken with the phones built in video camera, if so then theres the question, do these new camera phones have audio recording capabilities to go with the videos shot?
Sorry for all the questions, but never used a camera phone before so I wouldn't know.
Thanks all.
The series 60 phones (SX1, 7650,3650) allow for video playback and recording. What I generally do is use a program made by Nokia called "Nokia Multimedia Converter" and convert my video clips to the proper format for the phone.
The P800 does not allow video recording (there is a program for it that does, but the quality on it is quite bad), only video playback.
All of these phones feature speakerphone for video playback with sound.
There are a few other phones that play video. All the 3g phones on "3" play video, and reasonably well too.

Thanks for the reply sid.
OK, although I like the idea of video playback, the phones you mention aren't what you call stylish. - sorry if I offend anyone
So I guess I am left with a small dilema. Do I go for the SE Z600 with no video playback, wait (but for how long?) for the SE Z1010 with video playback, or do I get the Moto V600 that has video playback but no T9(?), or even wait for the Moto MPx200?
Any other suggestions welcomed. :D
What do you think peeps?

Don't forget the Nokia 9210i. It has RealOne Player built-in (I think  )
